Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule We aim to ship your orders by the next working day, although that isn't always possible during busy periods or when an item is out of stock. UK orders normally take 1-3 days for 1st class and 2-5 days for 2nd class. Overseas orders normally take from 5-21 days for airmail and around 8 weeks for surface mail.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security When you purchase on line using your credit card then you are transferred to the Paypal site so we don't see or handle your credit card data.

Privacy Policy Hamcor Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

 

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase every time you shop with us, but do understand that there may be an occasion when you may want to return something, so our returns policy is below.

Books and Sheet Music (without CDs or DVDs)
If you are unhappy with your item then you can return it to us in original condition within 10 days of receipt. We will refund the price of the item. Please see ‘How to Return an Item’ below.

Books and Sheet Music (with CDs or DVDs), CDs and DVDs
To return any of these items then they must be unopened and in original condition.  We will refund the price of the item if returned within 10 days of receipt.  Please see ‘How to Return an Item’ below.

Faulty Items
Occasionally items are faulty and have to be returned. Please see ‘How to Return an Item’ below.  If the item is faulty then you will not have to pay for the return postage.

Delivery Charges for Returns
We will pay for the return postage of any faulty item, or any item supplied in error. 

How to Return an Item

Please contact us by email at sales@hamcor.co.uk or by telephone (01752) 823672.  We will need your reference number from the invoice and will give you a Returns Number, which you will have to include when sending back your item. Please note that we cannot give a refund under any circumstances without a Returns Number.  Once you have obtained the Returns Number then please package well and return to:

In the case of returning a faulty item then a special address will be given when the Returns Number is issued.

Cancelling an Order
Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven days. This applies to all the books and sheet music providing they are unused and/or unread, but it does not apply to CDs or DVDs, or any book that contains a CD or DVD, if the item has been unsealed. If you do wish to cancel the contract then please contact our customer services by email or telephone for full instructions.

Please note that you will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the item unless it is faulty or we supplied it in error.  You will receive your refund for the purchase price of that item within 21 days of receipt, less, if applicable, any part of the return costs not paid, providing that the item is received in original condition.  It is advised, for your own protection, that you use a recorded delivery service.
