This tutor book has been written for general use and is suitable for beginners and players up to intermediate standard, although material has also been included which will be of benefit to those beyond this grade. Care has been taken to introduce sufficient theoretical information necessary to give a sound musical grounding, as well as the techniques required to play the instrument, and each chapter, complete in itself, contains practical material relating to the theoretical text.
